Lack of job interview experience
A job interview is the first opportunity to make us known, but often young people don’t have the right tools to express their potential, or even their skills

Potential is generally innate and linked to passions or ambitions; basic skills are generally undervalued, but everyone possesses them, and they can certainly open up job opportunities.
Young people often lack specific training, but have indirect experiences that have shaped them, such as volunteer work, summer jobs, or personal experiences that could demonstrate their ability to take on roles of responsibility and work in a team.
Talking about own experiences, even those that could be underestimate or consider insignificant, is an opportunity to demonstrate the aspects of own character that would be appreciated in the workplace

If the young people don’t have extensive experience, it’s a good idea to demonstrate flexibility, strong motivation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to do so very quickly.
These qualities are much more valued than highly specific professional training, which may be too restrictive.

Stating that there is not a specific experience but the young people is eager to acquire it can be an advantage because it allows candidates to be trained based on company needs.
Naturally, they must demonstrate their ability to adapt to the roles and demands that may arise in the workplace.
Providing concrete examples from own work and life experiences is an effective way to demonstrate personal aptitude, spirit of sacrifice, ability to solve a problem, and ability to handle unexpected events.

It’s absolutely crucial to avoid immediately bringing up salary, criticizing the organization of the workplace, and demonstrating a lack of enthusiasm or desire to learn.
NEETs, due to their isolation, often risk appearing detached from reality and therefore reluctant to adapt to social life: they are often young people who have lost self-confidence due to a long period of inactivity, and it’s essential that they
commit to a career path that also offers them the opportunity to develop new social relationships.
Therefore, during interviews, it is useful to express own availability for professional training programs and internships to help you get back on track.
