Meetings

The project has a duration of 12 months, from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026. According to the management plan, bi-monthly follow-up meetings have been scheduled through platforms such as Zoom or Teams, in addition to the key meetings organised by the coordinator (JEAD), including the kick-off, mid-term review, and final evaluation.

Meeting 3January 2026Bi-monthly Monitoring Meeting: Ongoing supervision of project activities, such as the development of the Personal Learning Environment (PLE), and collaboration among partners.
Meeting 4March 2026Mid-term Evaluation Meeting: A critical review halfway through the project to monitor quality, assess progress, and make any necessary adjustments to strategies.
Meeting 5May 2026Bi-monthly Monitoring Meeting: Supervision of the advanced phases of the project, including the preparation of dissemination campaigns and testing of the digital platforms.
Meeting 6July / August 2026Final Evaluation Meeting: Closing meeting to assess the definitive impact of the project, draft final reports, and ensure all deliverables meet the expected quality standards.

Note: For all transnational meetings, agendas, minutes, and presentations will be prepared to ensure smooth coordination among partners. In addition to these bi-monthly official meetings, partners will maintain quick and continuous communication using tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, and email
